“The secret of getting ahead is getting started.”~Agatha Christie, English novelist
It’s serendipitous to find this quote today. It was 6:30pm and Iwas in Barnes & Noble for my Writers Group. I’ve been struggling between writing and tangling, so I submitted a piece for critique and then wandered the art book aisle. Unexpectedly, I found this book:
Zentangle untangled was written by Kass Hall, a fellow CZT in Australia. I’ve seen the book online, but there’s something magical about holding it in your hands. I did a show-and-tell for my group and then sat down to hear the good and could-be-better comments from these people.
I’m not as bad as I sometimes think I am. I’m also not as good.
This and so many other events have all inspired me to work on “those projects” that always seem to be pushed aside by procrastination. What do you have yet to begin?
