Non-resolutions for the New (writing) Year

“It’s like driving a car at night. You never see further than your headlights, but you can make the whole trip that way.”~E. L. Doctorow, American writer

My Deadwood writers group has determined to empower success among our group, so our moderator, John, encouraged each of us to write three New Years Non-resolutions. The goals had to be writing related, but they had to be specific enough to achieve by the end of 2015. The list includes a variety of levels, experiences and goals, such as:

“I will read at least 10 books across genres….”
“I will write 25,000 words of my novel”
“I will build an author website”
“Submit to at least one contest, magazine, editor or agent”

As for yours truly?  Check out all of the Non-resolutions list here.  I think this is a great idea: small, specific and focused.  Those are all different elements, mind you.

What could you add to it?
